Our insert router bits with dual positive stops are indexed for both diameter and length. These cutters use only the 12mm x 12mm insert. It is recommended that the cutters 1" and larger be used with a ½" diameter or larger arbor.
The #H-R1875 cutter was tested on a CNC at 18,000rpm, 1,200 inches per minute, .030" surface depth. The finished surface was as smooth as if it had been hand sanded.
