The pneumatic controls deliver a simple straightforward operation which requires
only one operator. Using the pneumatic controlled templet system, each workpiece is done with speed and accuracy. The operator can control cross feed speed as well as carriage travel speed. Carriage travel speed needs to be adjusted to compensate for depth and diameter of cut. The convenient working height allows
the operator to easily load and unload the workpieces. Using the pneumatic templet system the machine can be working while the operator is loading or unloading
other workpieces. The carriage assembly has the Her-Saf crown show and pantographic action insuring an even depth of cut. The all tubular steel frame construction adds to the durability.
The easy to read control panel is located to the left of the carriage assembly for easy access. Mounted at a convenient working height with push button or toggle switch access to all functions.
Handle small workpieces by simply making a templet fixture to hold them. Small
workpieces can now be done easily, quickly, and accurately. Always make at least two templets for the Automatic Panel Router; that way you can load the next workpiece while the machine is still working.
Add two adjustable blind dado stops to expand the capabilities of the Automatic
Panel Router. The adjustable blind dado stops work with the pneumatic templet system.
