Place the workpiece against the trigger stop and the machine clamps the workpiece in place. The router comes up from the bottom and makes the keyhole cut. The clamp releases automatically when the router returns to the start position. The stops are set using the calibrated edge. The top edge is calibrated from center, to the right and to the left. The calibrated edge makes it easy to set up for on-center keyhole cuts.

Placing the plaque into position triggers the activation button. The machine will automatically clamp the plaque, make the keyhole cut, and release the plaque when complete. Rotate the plaque to the side for the second keyhole cut using the calibrated stops to align the plaque. Each keyhole cut is blown clean of chips before the clamp releases the plaque.

The high pressure laminate on the ½" aluminum plate is calibrated every half inch along one edge. This makes centering the keyhole cut on the plaque quick and efficient. The keyhole cut is made safely from the bottom. Adjusting the depth of cut and speed of cut is easy.
