Put two keyholes in a plaque easily and efficiently. Put the plaques into the stacker and they will automatically feed through the machine receiving two keyhole cuts per plaque. The machine processes approximately 20 plaques per minute. The vertical stacker easily adjusts to plaque size. Rulers on the machine make it easy to set up. Requires only one operator. All steel frame, with work surface at a convenient work height. Operates using pneumatic controls, no computer programming necessary.
The Auto-Feed Keyhole Machine uses compressed air to operate the pneumatic controls. The plaques are placed in the "stacker" and held secure. The "stacker" releases one plaque at a time which is then pushed into position. Once in position, it is clamped and the first keyhole cut is made. Each keyhole cut is cleaned out just as it is cut; all chips from cutting have been blown free from the plaque.
Upon completion the plaque is released and pushed on to receive the second keyhole cut. When both cuts have been completed the plaque is pushed clear of the machine. The "stacker" easily adjusts for varying sizes of plaques from 4" x 6" to 12" x 15". You can adjust how fast the machine moves the plaques and how fast it makes the keyhole cut.
Making two keyhole cuts per plaque at optimum speed for plaque size, it handles approximately 20 plaques per minute. The working surface that the plaques slide across is a hard smooth finish so as not to mark the plaque. The control panel is at a convenient working height and is easy to understand. A video which shows the machine in operation is available upon request.
